Pay: $20.00+ per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (Saturdays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing company. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that fabricated metal components and finished products meet company and customer specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and tape measures to verify tolerances.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.

  • Identify and report non-conforming materials or processes to supervisors.

  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Perform final inspections before shipment and ensure proper labeling and packing.

  • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized inspection area.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

  • Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles.

  • Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
