Quality Control Inspector
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a Tulsa manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing inspections, completing accurate reports, and ensuring all work complies with customer requirements. The Quality Control Inspector will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency within the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process and final inspections using visual and dimensional checks.
  • Assist in performing tests in accordance with customer/Tulsa requirements.
  • Conduct first piece/first shot inspections on products.
  • Complete reports and all related documentation accurately.
  • Assist in issuing NCRs through the NCP Web System.
  • Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
  • Follow all Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualification Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing inspection or quality control experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills (algebra, trigonometry, geometry).
  • Ability to convert decimals to fractions and vice versa.
  • Understanding of blueprints, charts, and customer specifications.
  • Familiarity with calipers, PI tapes, micrometers, height gauges, and inside micrometers a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control systems meeting ISO 9001/API standards a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and 20 lbs occasionally.
  • Prolonged standing with frequent walking, bending, reaching, and pulling.
  • Must pass an eye exam (Jaegers J2 letters, 12–17 inches, or equivalent).

Safety-Sensitive Position

This role is designated as a Safety-Sensitive Position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
