Job Position: Quality Control Inspector
Pay Range: $18–$20/hour DOE
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs and weather)
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Broken Arrow. This role is responsible for inspecting and testing incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and finished precast concrete to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, checks, and sampling procedures on precast concrete products
• Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as standards
• Verify embedded items are accurately placed and report discrepancies
• Record results of inspections and testing accurately and promptly
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and fixtures
• Perform both fresh and hardened concrete tests
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating key updates
• Ensure compliance with company safety rules and cleanliness standards
• Support team efforts by assisting with related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to define problems, collect data, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
• Comfortable with mathematical calculations for quality testing and analysis
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use a tape measure

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, reaching, and stretching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts
• Willingness to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays when required
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
