Quality Control Inspector
Pay: $21–$26/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Potential Saturdays; hours may vary based on workload)

Location: Tulsa, OK
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Tulsa. This role is responsible for evaluating production operations and ensuring products meet all quality, integrity, and functionality requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inspections, testing, and documentation, and be capable of working independently while supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
• Evaluate production operations to ensure compliance with quality, integrity, and functionality standards
• Develop and implement testing and evaluation processes to uphold quality standards
• Facilitate communication between production teams and management
• Assess test results and approve recommended changes as needed
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks across operations
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Provide periodic quality control updates to executive leadership and regulatory agencies as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
• NDE/NDT Level I or higher with a minimum of 850 hours of learning experience and 1,660 hours of work experience
• Experience with dimensional inspection
• Proficiency in magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing, and PMI testing
• Ability to follow established procedures independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in blueprint reading
Education & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of quality control experience
• Knowledge of material specifications (ASTM & ASME)
• Familiarity with welding specifications (AWS & ASME)
• CWI certification preferred
• Understanding of necessary quality control tools and instruments
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in shop and yard assembly environments
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, crouching, twisting, stooping, and ladder use required
