Quality Control Inspector
Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Pryor, OK. This role is essential for ensuring that all products meet company and industry quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control processes, the ability to monitor production operations, and a strong understanding of inspection techniques.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Develop and implement quality control tests.
· Disassemble product parts for individual inspection.
· Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to company specifications.
· Recommend adjustments in the assembly process to align with quality requirements.
· Ensure that products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
· Document inspection results, report errors, and suggest corrective actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
· Certification: Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) certification is a plus.
· Experience: Previous experience in a shop environment required; forklift experience is a plus.
· Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of industry products and quality control processes.
o Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for precise measurements.
· Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication skills.
o Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
o Ability to work efficiently in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
· Physical Demands:
o Frequent standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and bending.
o Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
o Use of hands for handling, grasping, and fine manipulation.
· Work Environment:
o Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
o Exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
o Moderate to loud noise levels, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Vision Requirements:
o Ability to distinguish colors, peripheral vision, depth perception, and close/distance vision.
