Quality Control Inspector

• Pay: $20–25/hr
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Tulsa, OK

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector with a minimum of 3 years of experience in welding quality control inspection. This role is critical to ensuring structural and piping projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee structural and piping projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate machining, surface finishing, and painting tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate with clients effectively, providing updates, resolving concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and technical records.
• Utilize spreadsheets to track project metrics, budgets, and materials inventory.
• Respond promptly to email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Represent the organization in client meetings and presentations, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding quality control inspection.
• Expertise in structural and piping systems, machining, and surface finishing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
