Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Catoosa, OK. This position requires welding experience and involves conducting thorough inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspection Activities:
  • Perform inspections in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications, and procedures.
  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final dimensional and visual inspections of materials and assemblies.
  • Electronically record results to verify product acceptance or rejection.
• Measurement and Documentation:
  • Use, read, and interpret a tape measure effectively.
  • Handle nonconforming products as per established work instructions and quality system procedures.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Document and communicate inspection results.
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• General Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Work on-site with overtime as needed.
  • Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Calibration of inspection and test equipment.
  • ISO 9001 environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Required Experience:
  • Weld inspection experience.
  • AWS D1.1 knowledge (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Nondestructive Examinations and Powder Coating.
  • Experience with Mag Particle Inspection (preferred).
