Quality Control Inspector

Pay: $21-26/hr. DOE

Hours:  Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM OR 7AM-3:30PM

Job Description:

Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements. Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes. Facilitates communication among production divisions and management. Assesses test results and approves recommended changes. Conducts inspections and quality control checks. Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience with dimensional inspection. Experience in magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing and PMI testing. Ability to work independently to established procedures. Knowledge of material specifications ASTM &ASME.  Knowledge of welding specifications AWS & ASME CWI preferred. Knowledge of all necessary tooling. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
