Description: QA Lab Technician – Manufacturing Pay: $19.00 Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00PM- 8:30AM Location: Miami, OK Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 123236 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Lab Technician to support manufacturing operations in Miami, OK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that plastic products meet strict quality, safety, and performance standards before reaching customers across consumer, industrial, and government markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory or manufacturing quality experience and a strong commitment to accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality inspections, tests, and measurements on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Perform laboratory testing related to plastic molding, durability, strength, and dimensional accuracy. Accurately document test results, inspection findings, and nonconformance reports. Support production teams by identifying quality issues and assisting with root cause analysis. Ensure all testing procedures comply with company quality standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain calibration and proper use of lab equipment and testing instruments. Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a clean, organized, and safety-focused lab and production environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; technical or laboratory training preferred. Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or laboratory testing within a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and inspection processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures and specifications. Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and management teams. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move between lab and production areas throughout the shift. Occasional lifting up to 40–50 lbs. Exposure to manufacturing environments, including temperature variations and machinery noise. Required use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols.
