Job Description:

The role involves performing inspections, checks, and tests for quality control during the manufacturing of products. The ideal candidate should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in their specific field and possess knowledge of reading prints. While the role relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, it also involves a variety of tasks and works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Key responsibilities include performing final quality inspections of finished products following established procedures, documenting instances of rejected products or raw material issues in the daily production report, inspecting incoming raw materials, and maintaining quality inspection reports for each order. Additionally, the candidate will create and maintain files for all quality-related correspondence, resolve customer complaints regarding rejected or non-conforming products, promptly report any discrepancies or problems to management, suggest new testing or inspection methods.
