Project Manager
Pay: $70,000–$100,000/year Location: Catoosa, OK Job Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heat-exchanger–related industrial projects from planning through delivery. This position oversees large-scale, fast-paced projects within the energy and technology sectors, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional coordination with internal teams and customers.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute project plans to ensure successful completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations, Engineering, Sales, and customers
Maintain accurate project schedules and provide weekly updates
Partner with Supply Chain to secure long-lead materials on time
Oversee project budgets and collaborate with cost controllers
Document and communicate project status, obstacles, and solutions to leadership
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project execution
Uphold all quality, compliance, and Standard of Excellence requirements
Follow company policies, including the Global Code of Business Principles and Ethics
Perform additional duties as assigned
Project Manager Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience developing and managing business processes to meet project goals
Understanding of air coolers or manufacturing supply chains (preferred)
PMP® or PMI certification (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with varying levels of standardization
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, procedures, and manuals
Ability to perform basic math and geometry calculations
Regular, punctual, on-site attendance required
Project Manager Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or Business Administration (required)
5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing
