Project Manager – Direct Hire
Location: Joplin, MO
Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager for our client in Joplin. This is a direct hire opportunity ideal for a candidate with strong leadership skills and a successful track record of managing projects from initiation through completion. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate across departments to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead project planning sessions, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

·         Apply Agile methodologies to guide projects efficiently from concept to completion.

·         Conduct requirements analysis to gather and define essential information for project execution.

·         Monitor project progress using tools such as Trello and Basecamp to maintain alignment with objectives.

·         Facilitate data collection and perform root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks.

·         Develop and maintain process maps to enhance workflow and team productivity.

·         Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues.

·         Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.

·         In-depth knowledge of Agile project management principles and methodologies.

·         Proficiency in project tools such as Trello, Basecamp, and Confluence.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

·         Solid analytical thinking with expertise in requirements gathering and root cause analysis.

·         Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

·         Proactive, results-driven, and adept at solving problems and making sound decisions.
