Position Overview

The Production Worker I supports blow molding production operations by assembling plastic components, inspecting finished products, and assisting with packaging tasks. This Production Worker I role works under the direction of the Production Supervisor to ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and company policies.

The ideal Production Worker I is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong attention to quality and detail.

Required Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6–12 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition
• Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive parts from machinery and complete assembly duties on finished products
• Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and conformance to specifications
• Report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor
• Participate in sorting and rework of defective materials when required
• Perform basic testing and packaging of spouts and related components
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Follow plant safety policies and procedures at all times
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
