Position Overview

We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Production Worker II – 3rd Shift to support blow molding production operations in Miami. The Production Worker II – 3rd Shift works under the direction of the Production Supervisor and plays a key role in monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes.

This Production Worker II – 3rd Shift position involves machine monitoring, data tracking, and general production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Production Worker II – 3rd Shift role includes:

• Monitor blow molding machine performance using control panels
• Record production data for process analysis and improvement
• Monitor auxiliary equipment including hoppers, grinders, belts, and air pressure testers
• Clear machine jams while following established safety standards
• Assist with material and product color changes
• Perform assembly duties on finished products
• Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Report non-conforming products to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Participate in sorting and reworking defective products
• Perform basic testing and packaging of components
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6–12 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) certification required
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to read and communicate effectively
• Safety-conscious mindset with hazard identification awareness
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for 8–12 hours on concrete surfaces
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions
• Must wear required safety equipment at all times
