Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Worker II candidates to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, physically capable, and team-oriented, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Production Worker II plays an important role in supporting production tasks, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE
• Stand, walk, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Work on concrete surfaces for 8–12 hour shifts
• Tolerate extreme temperatures common in manufacturing environments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

Required Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and lifting
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
