The Production Worker I supports blow molding production by assisting with assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of plastic components. This Production Worker I role focuses on maintaining product quality while ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6–12 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition
• Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
• Good time management and sense of urgency
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive parts from machinery and perform assembly tasks on finished products
• Rotate through general assembly duties within the blow molding production process
• Inspect parts and products to verify conformance with quality standards
• Report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor
• Assist with sorting and reworking defective products when required
• Perform basic product testing and packaging of spouts and components
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Follow all plant safety procedures and production guidelines
