Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates for a Production Worker position in Glenpool, OK. This hands-on role supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with assembly, machine operation, quality checks, packaging, and material movement in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and accuracy
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with inventory management and material handling
• Report production concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Help meet daily production goals and deadlines

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to operate basic machinery and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus
• Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs depending on assigned tasks
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with varying conditions
