Production Supervisor
Pay: $50,000–$60,000/year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (some Saturdays required)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for enforcing safety and USDA regulations, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring all product quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities
• Enforce plant safety rules and USDA plant regulations
• Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal employment laws
• Develop and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands
• Maintain proper rotation of raw and marinated inventory
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure on-time startups and schedule completion
• Oversee accurate and timely timekeeping for staff
• Plan and track repairs and maintenance for all equipment
• Plan and manage all work orders
• Complete special projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor will supervise hourly employees, overseeing direction, coordination, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities include:
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Assigning and directing daily work
• Evaluating performance
• Rewarding and disciplining team members
• Resolving complaints and addressing problems
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or related industry
• Knowledge of meat processing, safety, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with production equipment and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
