Pay: $24-32/hr.

Hours: Monday- Saturday 5PM-5AM

Job Description:

Production Supervisor needed for manufacturing producer in Tulsa. Provide supervision of press operators to ensure quality of products for customers. Will assure all safety procedures are followed. Assign experienced Press Operators to train new workers. Meets daily with production manager for job board planning and scheduling. Provides troubleshooting assistance on rejected parts. Making sure employees keep work areas clean. Follows and executes production schedules. Manages press activity. Approves overtime and time off. Hires and disciplines employees. Recommends pay increases. Coordinates material handling between departments. Schedules weekend and overtime within department. Critical thinking. Ability to work under pressure.
