Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Load / Unload associate to join a production team in Catoosa, OK. The Load / Unload position involves loading and unloading glass materials safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of the production furnace line. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires physical endurance and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload glass onto and from the furnace line with precision and care.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately to verify material dimensions.
• Maintain consistent workflow and organization throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods during 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
