Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Production Line Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Glenpool. In this role, you will set up and operate slitting lines to process aluminum coils according to customer specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting lines, including loading coils and adjusting machine settings
• Monitor machine performance to ensure product quality
• Measure and inspect finished coils to confirm compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
• Accurately document production data and complete required paperwork
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and goals
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and measuring tools
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Effective time management and reliable attendance are critical
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
