Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: $28–$30/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are currently hiring a Production Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a key department in our Catoosa facility. This role provides leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow and output of the assigned department
• Assign tasks to team members with clear instructions and procedures
• Coach, train, and support employees to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Provide timely and constructive performance feedback to the Supervisor
• Identify and resolve issues related to safety, quality, and production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Follow all job safety analysis (JSA), work instructions, and PPE requirements
• Identify and properly handle defective items
• Use sound reasoning to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience (experience in the heat exchanger industry preferred)
• Certification to operate cranes and manlifts (or ability to obtain certification)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to frequently reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, squat, bend, and balance
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
