Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Preform Molder to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The Preform Molder is responsible for producing preforms of the correct weight, size, and material to meet production schedules. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely around heavy machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select, weigh, and feed materials into preform machines according to specifications.
• Operate preform molding equipment to produce parts that meet required dimensions and quality standards.
• Stack, count, label, and organize finished preforms into tubs, stacks, or pallets for press line use.
• Change materials and clean out machines as required for different production runs.
• Set up and perform minor maintenance on preform molding machines.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Move materials safely to and from machines using appropriate methods.
• Follow all safety procedures in a safety-sensitive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and perform basic computer data entry.
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and carrying.
• Capable of standing, walking, crouching, and balancing for extended periods.
• Good hearing and attention to detail in a noisy production environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
