Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Potential Saturdays; hours may vary based on company needs)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Technician to join our team in North Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial powder coating, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding production environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, blasting, and masking parts as required

·         Mix and apply powder coatings using spray guns in a controlled environment

·         Inspect coated parts for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area while following all safety protocols

·         Conduct routine maintenance on coating equipment and promptly report any malfunctions

·         Accurately track and document material usage, batch numbers, and completion times

·         Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met

Required Experience and Skills

·         1–2 years of previous powder coating experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

·         Familiarity with operating tools and industrial machinery as required for the coating process
