Position Overview

The Plastisol Technician is responsible for supporting production by coating tools and components, operating curing equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This Plastisol Technician role involves dipping materials in plastisol, monitoring curing ovens, and inspecting parts for defects. The ideal Plastisol Technician is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent production flow in a manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection and defect detection
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a production-driven environment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Load tools and parts for plastisol coating processes
• Dip tools and components into plastisol according to procedures
• Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper curing
• Remove parts from ovens after curing is complete
• Inspect finished products to ensure they are fully cured and defect-free
• Maintain consistent production workflow throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Report any equipment issues or product defects to supervision

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat from curing ovens
• Requires standing for extended periods and handling production materials
