Plasma Helper
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Pay: $15 - $16/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, OT as necessary during the week and Saturdays

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Plasma Helper to join our team in Broken Arrow. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience operating plasma machines and/or grinders. If you are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and have strong mechanical skills, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize basic hand tools, grinders, scrapers, and forklifts.
• Adjust machine settings according to material and design specifications.
• Monitor cutting operations and inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
• Perform routine maintenance on plasma machines and address any operational issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a plasma machine or grinder.
• Proficient in reading tape measures, part details, and blueprints.
• Familiar with various cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate output.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
