Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder to join a fabrication team in Broken Arrow. The Pipe Welder must be highly skilled in TIG welding and capable of completing full weld processes from root to cap with precision and quality.

This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to a zero-defects manufacturing approach.

Weld Test Requirement

• 2” 6G TIG on Pipe
• TIG the Root, Fill, and Cap with Quality

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Pipe Welder role includes:

• Perform TIG welding from root to cap (“Weld it Out”) with high-quality standards
• Communicate with the Fabrication Shop Foreman and Draftsman regarding daily plans and inconsistencies
• Follow a zero-defects manufacturing strategy while maintaining production efficiency
• Assist in managing raw materials and supplies within the fabrication shop
• Monitor material usage and track drops for repurposing
• Support staging and storage of raw materials due to limited space
• Maintain a clean, dry, and organized workstation
• Assist with assembly and additional shop duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in TIG Pipe Welding
• Ability to complete full weld process (Root, Fill, Cap) independently
• Experience working in a fabrication shop environment
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
