Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter / Welder to join our team for a leading pipeline supplier in Sapulpa, OK. The Pipe Fitter / Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding pipe systems according to blueprints, isometric drawings, and engineering specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
Pipe Fitter / Welder Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications
Fit and assemble piping systems using proper tools and materials
Perform tack welding, pipe alignment, and preparation for full welds
Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, leaks, and structural integrity
Maintain tools, materials, and workspace in clean and safe condition
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Collaborate with welders, fitters, and supervisors to meet production goals
Pipe Fitter / Welder Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Pipe Fitter or Welder in an industrial or pipeline setting
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
Strong understanding of pipe materials, fittings, and welding processes
Familiarity with measuring and alignment tools
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Test Requirement
All candidates must complete and pass a Fitter Test prior to placement.
