Pipe Fitter

Pay: $28-30/hr (DOE)

*Hours: *Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter with experience in assembling, installing, and repairing piping systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pipe fitting, a good understanding of welding techniques, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. While welding experience is a plus, it is not required.

Responsibilities:

·         Assemble, install, and repair piping systems according to specifications.

·         Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout specifications to determine accurate pipe fitting configurations.

·         Cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes and angles using appropriate tools and machinery.

·         Ensure all piping systems meet safety standards and project specifications.

·         Conduct inspections and tests on piping systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.

·         Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

·         Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills Required:

·         3-5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter (welding experience is a plus).

·         Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and piping layout specifications.

·         Strong understanding of pipe fitting techniques and safety standards.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Good communication skills and attention to detail.

·         Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.
