Job Title: Picker/Packer
Pay: $16 - $17/hr
Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team in Pryor. In this role, you will accurately pick and pack orders from inventory, prepare items for shipment, and maintain an organized and clean stockroom. You will also operate material handling equipment and complete necessary order documentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, has basic computer skills, and demonstrates good communication and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

·         Accurately pick and pack orders from inventory based on order forms.

·         Prepare saws and other items for shipment, including wrapping and securing loads.

·         Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness.

·         Operate material handling equipment as needed.

·         Complete order documentation and daily production sheets accurately.

Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED preferred.

·         Basic math and reading skills.

·         Ability to use material handling equipment.

·         Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

·         Good communication and customer service skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
