Position Overview

We are currently seeking two motivated Paint Prep workers to join our day shift team in Catoosa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a manufacturing or hands-on background who are looking to grow their skills in the industrial painting field. No prior Paint Prep experience is required — training will be provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts and components for industrial painting.
• Sand, grind, mask, and clean surfaces to remove dirt, grease, rust, and contaminants.
• Assist painters by moving materials, hanging parts, and staging jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred (not required).
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Must follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
