Position Overview

The Packing associate is responsible for preparing finished metal products for shipment by properly packaging, labeling, and staging materials for delivery. This Packing role supports warehouse and production operations by ensuring items are securely packed, organized, and ready for transport. The ideal Packing candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail when packaging and labeling materials
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Package finished metal products according to company specifications
• Inspect materials for quality and damage before packing
• Label and prepare products for shipment
• Stage packed materials in designated shipping areas
• Maintain accurate counts of packaged items
• Assist with loading materials for shipment when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Preferred Experience

• Previous packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
