OTR Tire Technician

Pay: $18-23hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday8AM-5PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OTR tire tech to perform tire service and repair work as well as basic general service functions on customer vehicles of all sizes (in the shop or on the road), Fleet inspections, scrap tire analysis and other duties as needed on Truck, Farm and OTR equipment. Capable of operating a hand truck or mini-boom truck. Assist other tire technicians in performing tire repair and general service. Ensure that service truck, all tools and equipment are in good operating condition. Check all fluid levels in truck and air compressor during pre-trip inspection. Maintain vehicle cleanliness (inside & out). Perform jobs always using proper and safe procedures. Use personal protective equipment according to regulations and policies. Maintain equipment in good working order. Notify manager immediately of defects.

Licensing/Registration/Certification:

Required: Valid Driver License/CDL

Preferred: ASE/TIA Certification or willingness to participate in training

Experience:

Required: Minimum of three (3) or more years’ experience as an OTR Tire Technician.
