Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Order Selector to join a leading distribution team in Oklahoma City. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing produce orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare customer orders following all specifications.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and integrity.
• Move and stage products efficiently in the cooler or warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow safety and food safety guidelines when working in refrigerated conditions (approx. 38°F).
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about order status and issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack required.
• Rider jack experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in cold, refrigerated environments.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
