Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join a refrigerated warehouse team in Oklahoma City, OK. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing produce orders using rider jacks while maintaining efficiency and safety in a cold environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and teamwork to meet production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare orders according to customer specifications.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to maintain product quality.
• Move and stage products in the cooler or warehouse for order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines, including working in refrigerated areas.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order progress or issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack required; rider jack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet for long periods.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (38°F).
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

• Starting Pay: $16/hour — increases to $17/hour after 30 days of consistent attendance and performance.
• After permanent hire, transition to per-package pay ($0.22–$0.23/package), averaging $18–$24/hour.
