From loading and unloading shipments to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you'll be a key player in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling to load and unload shipments with precision and care.
• Inspection: Perform accurate spot checks on shipments to ensure quality and detect any damages.
• Organization: Keep the dock area clean, organized, and ready for the next round of action.
• Safety: Operate equipment safely and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the crew to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and ready to get the job done.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or dock experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Equipment Skills: Familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
