Job Title: Multi-Trade Craftsman
Pay: $14/hour + Weekly Bonuses

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Craftsman to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves a combination of drywall, light plumbing, and basic electrical work for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently while upholding high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Install, repair, and finish drywall (including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, etc.)

·         Perform basic plumbing tasks such as installing or replacing fixtures

·         Complete minor electrical work including outlet, switch, and light fixture replacement

·         Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine materials and procedures

·         Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

·         Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members

·         Follow company and OSHA-compliant safety procedures at all times

·         Accurately document job progress and report issues to supervisors

Requirements:

·         Proven experience with drywall, plumbing, and electrical work

·         Experience in both residential and commercial construction environments

·         Knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards

·         Must provide basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdriver, tape measure); specialty tools provided

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

·         Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·         Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders when needed

·         Excellent time management and customer service skills
