Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Molder Operator to support daily molding operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. The Molder Operator will operate molding machinery, inspect finished parts, maintain equipment, and ensure all products meet quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines according to production specifications
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup for each run
• Inspect molded parts for quality, consistency, and specification compliance
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in molding, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
