Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Molder Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The Molder Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding machinery to produce high-quality components used in industrial applications. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and a strong commitment to quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup for each production run.
• Inspect molded parts for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous molding, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
