Position Overview

We’re hiring a motivated Molder Operator to join a fast-paced and growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This position plays an important role in producing high-quality industrial components through the operation of molding machinery. The Molder Operator will ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines according to production standards.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper setup for each run.
• Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Record production data and promptly report any issues or irregularities.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in molding, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
