The Molder Operator will be responsible for running molding machines, ensuring product quality, and meeting daily production goals in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines to meet production requirements.
• Load raw materials and adjust machine settings as needed for each job.
• Inspect molded parts for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
• Record production data, identify inefficiencies, and report issues promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in molding, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and Saturdays when needed.
