Hours:  Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Mill Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in milling operations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance on milling machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the milling process and equipment.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Measuring and verifying dimensions of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Adjusting mill settings as needed to maintain product quality.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong skills in basic math, attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Physical ability to sit, climb, stoop, and kneel as required.
• Must have a clean background.
