Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled MIG welding to fabricate steel frames and building components
• Use tools such as 7” grinders, scrapers, and gougers to produce high-quality finished parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, protocols, and company policies

Must-Have Qualifications

• Some experience with MIG welding
• Familiarity with basic welding techniques and a willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
