Job Title: MIG Welder

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Saturday (10-hour shift)

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Sapulpa. This position involves fabricating, assembling, and welding structural metal components using various MIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of welders and fabricators to ensure projects meet strict quality and safety standards.

Weld Test Details:

• Test will consist of a 3G plate with backing bar (flux-out).
• Welders will grind their own bevel and fit their own plates.
• Welders must bring their own welding hood, hand tools, and PPE.
• Grinders will be provided for test use.
• 1.5 hours will be allotted to complete the weld test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on structural metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Assemble metal parts with precision and attention to quality.
• Ensure all welds meet internal and client standards.
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
