Hours: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-4PM

Job Description:

We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as MIG/TIG Welders! Your responsibilities will include operating manual grinding equipment as required by the manufacturing process, conducting visual and in-process inspections in adherence to API and ISO quality specifications, and actively contributing to problem-solving efforts aimed at improving welding efficiency within the team. Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting team objectives, assisting with the training of team members, and ensuring compliance with periodic welding tests and qualifications. Keeping the work area clean and organized is essential, as is adherence to company procedures regarding safety, quality, and compliance. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to read and interpret process instructions (WPS, PQR), perform basic mathematical calculations, and demonstrate good mechanical aptitude. Experience in a similar manufacturing environment for at least 5 years is preferred, along with proficiency in the use of general hand tools, cutting torches, air tools, precision measuring equipment, and material moving equipment, including overhead cranes.
