Job Title: 2nd Shift MIG/Flux/TIG Welder
Pay: $20.42 - $26.71 (Based on Experience) + Shift Differential
Hours: 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift MIG/Flux/TIG Welder to join our team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG, MIG, and Fluxcore welding and must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Candidates with fitter welder experience are preferred. A minimum of 2 years of welding experience is required.

Test: The weld test includes a written exam covering print reading, general welding questions, fractions/decimals, and weld symbols. The practical exam is a 3G plate test with a backer.

Key Responsibilities

·         Perform welding using MIG, Fluxcore, and TIG techniques.

·         Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

·         Utilize fitter welder skills when necessary.

·         Maintain high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship.

·         Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.

·         Pass both written and practical welding tests as required.

Qualifications

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG, Fluxcore, and TIG welding.

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

·         Experience as a fitter welder is a plus.

·         Strong attention to detail and quality.

·         Reliable and able to work the assigned shift schedule.
