Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mig & Metalcore Welder to join a leading Tulsa manufacturing company. The Mig & Metalcore Welder will perform precision MIG welding on various projects, emphasizing quality, consistency, and teamwork in a climate-controlled environment. This position is ideal for a Mig & Metalcore Welder who values craftsmanship, growth, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure welds meet company and industry standards for quality and durability.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high production standards.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to broaden skillset and support multiple production areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG welding, preferably with Metalcore or similar processes.
• Ability to pass a MIG Flat Root & 3-Pass Bend Test.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to safety procedures.
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and proactive work ethic.
