Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly worker to join a leading manufacturing company in Sapulpa, OK. The Mechanical Assembly position involves building air-cooled heat exchangers using a variety of tools and equipment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to blueprints. This is a hands-on, night-shift opportunity for skilled assemblers who take pride in precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble air-cooled heat exchangers using hand tools, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.
• Operate overhead cranes, plasma cutters, grinders, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Assemble condensers, boxes, and coils for heating and air exchange systems.
• Perform general tube pushing, layout, and shop support tasks as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are assembled accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency using hand and power tools; ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Blueprint reading experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work night shifts and occasional Saturdays.
• Must be safety-conscious and team-oriented.
