Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays required)
Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This role involves assembling components for air-cooled heat exchangers using a variety of hand and power tools, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior assembly experience and be comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble air-cooled heat exchangers using blueprints and shop drawings
• Operate hand tools, plasma cutters, grinders, and forklifts
• Read and interpret tape measurements and technical documentation
• Assist with general tube pushing, box assembly, and condenser installation
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience
• Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures
• Experience with overhead cranes and general mechanical assembly
