Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $17-$19.50 per hour
Hours: Nights, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM, Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Location: Sapulpa, OK

Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team and assist in the assembly of air-cooled heat exchangers. This role requires proficiency with hand tools, blueprint reading, and various shop equipment. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in the construction of heat and air exchange units while ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Heat Exchangers: Use basic hand tools to build air-cooled heat exchangers following detailed instructions.
• Operate Shop Equipment: Work with overhead cranes, plasma cutters, grinders, tape measures, and forklifts.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
• Unit Assembly: Assemble condensers, boxes, and coils for heat and air exchange systems.
• General Shop Support: Assist with tube pushing and other assigned shop duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Assembly Experience: At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly required.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled with hand and power tools, including tape measures.
• Blueprint Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in assembly.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
